I was Teaching as an Adjunct Professor in Industrial Maintenance and Advance Manufacturing. My Real Estate Sales started in the Northern Virginia area of Arlington, Fairfax, and Loudoun counties, then in 1990 transitioning to the greater Horry County area assisting with my wife, Susanne Riley moving into full time in Real Estate in 2013.
